How long will it take for my print to arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within a few days. However, during busy seasonal periods, processing may take slightly longer, so please allow up to four weeks. Once your order ships, we'll send you the tracking details so you can follow its journey. We will try our best for all orders from this sale to reach you before Christmas, barring any shipping delays.
Will I have to pay customs duties on my print order?
We offer customs-free delivery for customers in the US, UK, and EU. Orders shipped to other regions may be subject to import duties or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. Any such charges are determined by local authorities and are mandatory. For more information, please contact your country’s customs office.
How will my print be packaged?
UK, EU & Rest of the World: Prints up to A3 size (42cm on the long edge) are shipped flat in an envelope, while larger prints are carefully rolled and sent in a tube.
US: Prints larger than 12" × 16" will be shipped in a protective tube to ensure safe delivery.
Are these prints archival?
Absolutely! My fine art prints are created using museum-quality archival papers (Hahnemühle German Etching/ Acid-free/ Slightly Warm White/ Matte - Textured/ 310gsm) and printing techniques (Giclée) that preserve every detail of my work. The result is a breathtaking print with exceptional depth and longevity.
Can I return my print?
Each of my prints are made to order so, unfortunately, returns will not be possible. However, if your print is damaged in transit or, in the rare instance that it arrives with a defect, write to us and we will happily provide a replacement.
What if my print gets damaged in transit?
If your print is damaged in transit, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. We may ask for photos or a short video of the damage to help us file a claim with the shipping provider.
How long will these prints be available?
This edition will be available until midnight (IST) on February 26th, 2026, or until it sells out—whichever comes first. I can’t guarantee if or when this artwork will be available again.
